We offer a beautiful one-family house with two areas that can be rented together or separately.

Our house can be used perfectly as a holiday home or apartment for families (grandparents, parents, children, babies) as well as well-known groups or clubs.

Grandpa plays with the grandchildren in the garden - while other family members go hiking or skiing. In the evening everyone sits comfortably in the kitchen, in the living room or on the terrace and comfortably drinks a glass of wine. The children play comfortably in the children's room and keep stopping by to see why the adults are laughing so much...

The 200 m² house is located above Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol in a fantastic mountain world. Innsbruck can be reached in 10 minutes by car or bus. The next ski area, the Patscher Kofel, is 10 minutes away.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything to provide for the family. On the terrace and in the garden you can grill, chill and sit together comfortably.

The house has a large living room with a Tyrolean parlour. The garden is a paradise for children: to play or just to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding mountains.
